I have worked in insurance for nearly 20 years and am passionate about helping clients with their insurance needs. Previously, I was a specialist mortgage broker before moving into trade credit and finance insurance. The sector is unique and extremely interesting; I gain great satisfaction from talking about it and offering advice to clients. For me, trust is the base for a strong working relationship as without this it becomes difficult to communicate concerns or questions that could lead to an incomplete coverage, leaving your business vulnerable. One of the most important lessons I have learned is to never be afraid to ask for help or support, as promises that are made must be followed through. I will always offer help to anyone who needs it. 

Konsileo allows me to manage myself, and knowing I have the freedom to spend time with my family without feeling guilty allows me to put my whole self into my work. Not being micro-managed means I can do what I need to do for my clients without restriction.  

There is nothing more important to me than my family, so in my spare time I am going out on day trips and doing activities with them. I am also a keen golfer.
