Since joining the industry, I have always wanted to build my own book of clients so I can be involved in every stage of the process. Before I started in insurance, I played for the Leicester Tigers and so appreciate the importance of effective communication. I pride myself on getting to know my clients on a personal basis, ensuring they are confident in my ability to provide the most suitable solutions for them. I began at a niche broker that specialised in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction before I expanded into other areas. My prior experience included a telephone-based job which meant I had to be extremely thorough in everything I did. This attention to detail is something that I have continued to build upon throughout my career. I also enjoy learning about the changes happening in the industry, always making sure to stay on top of new products.
Konsileo’s Teal organisational structure means I have the freedom to approach my work in a way that suits me. I work with a supportive and like-minded group of people that help me build my book and develop professionally.
When I’m not working, I go mountain biking on the weekends, camping and hiking in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. I also play in a pool league during the week, and am learning to play the guitar and code.
