I have been in the industry for over 15 years and pride myself on providing exceptional customer service that builds long-lasting relationships. I specialise in High-Net-Worth clients and Property, after working in personal lines and private clients for most of my career. I appreciate the high emotional stake that the specialism carries and so I strive to gain the trust of all my clients; I am always aiming to provide excellent advice and keep promises to establish a solid relationship that allows me to become my client’s go-to person for all things insurance. Whilst technology and processes might change with the times, looking after clients will always be at the heart of the industry and it is the maintenance of those values that ensures high quality service and the prevention of issues.
