As an account handler, effective communication is a key skill, both internally with other Client Directors and externally with clients and insurers. I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and so have an appreciation for the attention to detail and self-management required to be a good account handler. I have worked on most types of insurance products, but have more experience in Construction, Real Estate, Motor Trade, Hospitality & Leisure, Finance & Admin, Retail & Wholesale, and Fleet, Courier, Haulage & Taxi. Previous experience has exposed me to a multitude of policies and products and their respective complexities, giving me a solid grounding to advise colleagues.
I joined Konsileo for the flexible working and the ability to work from home, giving me more time to focus on the job at hand alongside my personal life.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, walking in the countryside, and going to live music events. I thoroughly enjoy anything to do with the 1950s as well, everything from the music to fashion and lifestyle.
