Meet  Cem Yazan

Cem Yazan – Client Director

As a Client Director, I ensure my clients’ best interests are at the fore of everything I do. Having been in face-to-face sales roles for 22 years, I have learnt the importance of active listening to understand what my customers require and its essentiality in delivering high quality service. I have been in the Insurance industry for just under 12 years and specialize in Motor and Property, which draws knowledge from my previous role of Project and Sales Manager for a camper conversion company. I would like to continue to expand my skills further and become a specialist in other areas, enabling me to offer more products and relevant risk advice for my clients. Whilst I have enjoyed both Personal Lines and Commercial, I find Commercial to be more complex and encourages outside-the-box thinking, which is incredibly rewarding.

I joined Konsileo because of the freedom to manage my own workload whilst building relationships with clients. This means I can continue to help my clients in the way I feel is best suited for each individual and their business.  

Family and Sports 

Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, eating good food, and travelling to new places. I also enjoy playing football, squash, and going on long coastal walks.
