As a Client Director, I take responsibility for my client’s insurance needs so they can focus on the other, more exciting areas of their business. I like to make sure I manage my client expectations and maintain effective and transparent communication. I have been in the industry for around 10 years and have dealt with a variety of different classes of business, but am most comfortable dealing with Fleet, Transport, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, and Utilities. I want to continue to expand my presence in these sectors by helping businesses understand the problems they may not know they have before those problems are exposed by an unforeseen event.  

Konsileo allows me to operate as a self-employed agent whilst being surrounded by the support and technology that enables me to grow into the broker I aspire to be. The self-managed aspect aligns with my value of ‘being’ my own business and being able to provide the quality service clients need and deserve.  

Outside of work, if I am not playing football or pool, you can usually find me spending time with family, friends, and my fiancée.
