Dan Ingram – Client Director

As a Client Director, my utmost priority is transparency. I ensure I communicate effectively around the steps we take and the reasons behind each decision, which is key to building a trust-based relationship that allows me to become the business’s risk advisor. I have been in the industry for ten years and enjoy the process of being a broker, managing client’s expectations and working alongside them to protect their business.

Commercial Insurance Broker

My expertise lies with Construction, Property, Taxi, Fleet, and Courier; I initially began my Commercial Insurance career through Property and expanded through that, which gave me the knowledge of the differences between sectors and their niche risks. Having previously worked in collections, I appreciate how to handle difficult conversations in addition to finding out-of-the-box solutions – a skill that has been refined through my time in insurance.  

Konsileo’s remote-first set-up and collaborative environment is ideal for me. It allows me to spend more time and energy looking after clients, as well as focusing on growing my book of business in a direction that suits me.  

Family and Movies

When I’m not working, you can find me having adventures with my daughter, socialising with friends, and watching sport, movies, or box sets.
