Daniel Floyd – Client Director

I specialise in commercial property, landlord and high-value asset insurance, helping property owners, investors, managing agents, developers and high-net-worth individuals protect some of their most valuable assets. This has developed thanks 10 years+ of experience in the Insurance broking.

My principal areas of expertise are commercial and residential property portfolios, blocks of flats, resident management companies (RMCs), right to manage companies (RTMs), property renovation projects and specialist high-net-worth risks.

I also have extensive experience supporting retailers, restaurants, pubs, microbreweries and hospitality businesses, as well as arranging cover for high-value homes, jewellery, watches, handbags, fine art, classic and prestige vehicles, marine and aviation risks.

I take a consultative approach to insurance. Rather than simply reviewing an existing policy, I take the time to understand how a property or business operates, the challenges it faces and the risks that could have a financial impact in the future.

This enables me to identify potential gaps in cover, access specialist insurance markets and arrange solutions that are tailored to the client’s individual requirements.

Cricket and Football

On a personal note, I live in Newbury with my Corgi cross rescue from Romania. I am a keen cricketer (varying abilities) and love nothing more than to be at Lords watching test cricket.

I follow my hometown football club Dorchester Town F.C around the south, usually to see them lose. Try get abroad as much as I can but you can’t beat the UK in Summer!
