David Jones – Client Director

As a Client Director, I understand the importance of being available at any given time to offer support to my clients. I prioritise building strong, transparent relationships; being a fluent Welsh speaker also means I can offer a fully bilingual service, something which is integral to how I conduct my business in Wales. I pride myself on being a local business and having that connection. Having been in the insurance industry for over 25 years, and a commercial account handler for 20, means I am constantly learning and broadening my knowledge whilst keeping up to date on new products, covers, and markets. I appreciate the fact that markets and covers are always evolving within commercial insurance, and I always strive to provide the very best service and protection for all my clients.

 Sport and Family

Outside of work, I am a keen rugby supporter and Chairman of my local club, Caernarfon RFC. I also enjoy climbing, hill walking, travelling, and spending quality time with my family.
