After nearly 15 years in the insurance industry, I still thrive off helping people understand their business cover. In my role as Client Director, I combine deep technical knowledge with a genuine passion for helping clients protect what matters most. I appreciate that they trust me with their business’s future, and I take that responsibility seriously. Clients know they can rely on me to be honest, attentive, and proactive – not just placing policies. I take pride in guiding my clients through the process, protecting their interests, and being transparent about their business needs. With a background in sales and development, I have refined my ability to communicate clearly as well as staying accountable when delivering results. My past experience in management also taught me how rewarding it is to invest and support colleagues in their professional development. Moving into commercial insurance gave me the opportunity to develop wider market knowledge and nurture long-term client relationships.
