As a claims specialist, I truly appreciate the need for clear communication and strong, trusted relationships. It is incredibly rewarding to help people when they need it most and to simplify what can be a complex process. When assisting with a claim, it is my priority to be with the client every step of the way, ensuring they receive a tailored, cost-effective claims experience throughout. My goal is to bridge the gap between clients and insurers, being a proactive and reliable advisor who adds value beyond the claims process. I assist in providing clarity, strategy, and measurable results, producing detailed claims reports that help identify trends and provide clients with valuable insight. In my approach, I ensure clients are fully supported and well-informed at every stage of the lifecycle of a claim. I pride myself on my problem-solving abilities and strive to be a forever learner, as well as educating others on the insurance journey.  

Flexibility as a Parent

The flexible work offered by Konsileo enables me to be the best professional and parental figure that I can be. Without having to sacrifice precious time with my children, I can remain fulfilled both in work and outside of it. The freedom to conduct business as I see fit is also incredibly rewarding, allowing me to always ensure my client’s interests are at the heart of everything.  

Family Time and Hiking

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my two sons or watching them play football. I also love taking trips away with my wider family, as well as hiking and cooking.
