I joined the insurance industry in 2018 and became an account executive within 3 months of starting; helping people get exactly what they need lit a fire within me and continues to inspire my work every day. My role as a Client Director revolves around attention to detail. By taking the time to understand my clients and their businesses, I can achieve a solution that best suits their needs. I value honest and transparent conversations, ensuring they understand the finer details and potential outcomes to avoid a vulnerable position. Working with a business to achieve their maximum potential is at the heart of what I do. Having built my own book from scratch, I truly appreciate the benefits of excellent working relationships and constructive conversations.
