I joined the industry 7 years ago and worked in many different roles before becoming the Sales Manager of a team. Along the way, I discovered a real passion for insurance and really enjoyed getting into the details of a risk to come up with the best solution. Having worked in different areas, I have a deep understanding of the insurance process and how each role ensures a smooth experience for the client. I pride myself on my inquisitiveness and genuine care for my clients. Every relationship is essential to providing good customer service, and I prioritise strong, long-lasting collaborations across the industry. I specialise in all things Hire and Reward as well as Motor Trade and fleet due to my background. I thrive on gaining new knowledge and appreciate the importance of knowing where to find answers. Providing up-to-date information and advice for clients enables them to have peace of mind when it comes to their livelihoods.  

 Work-Life Balance

In my previous role, I didn’t have any semblance of a work-life balance. Konsileo’s model centers wellbeing and boundaries, truly prioritising autonomy and trust in colleagues. Football and Fitness

Outside of work, you can usually find me watching West Ham, playing FPL, and going to the gym.
