My role as Client Director revolves around analysing clients’ insurance needs and searching for the most suitable, cost-effective solution that protects their business. Too many people have had negative experiences of the insurance industry in the past, so I strive to ensure they have a pleasant and rewarding journey by dedicating time to understand every single client. I primarily specialise in truck, transport, and fleet; I also have extensive knowledge of property, having previously been an underwriter in that sector. Having been in the insurance industry for over ten years, I have gained sound market-knowledge which allows me to offer only the best solutions for my clients. I thrive on helping people and always aim to give well-informed advice on risk management.  

The major draw for Konsileo was the flexible working structure, giving me precious time back that I can spend with my family. We are directly rewarded for our hard-work, making colleagues feel valued and maintain motivation. Despite everyone working from home, there is still a solid sense of community in which you feel truly supported by your colleagues.  

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family, as well as going to the gym and running. I also enjoy travelling to new cities and watching international football.
