With over 12 years in the industry, and experience in everything from underwriting to owning a business, I recognise and understand the complex needs of each individual client. My past experiences have given me a thorough understanding of all things insurers, products, and schemes, and so I am able to compare the pros and cons of services in order to advise my clients about the best option possible.
I joined Konsileo in December 2019, and the open market means that there is always somewhere to place a client. In addition, I have more time with clients and therefore have the ability to properly explain to them the products as opposed to just focusing on price. By communicating this simply and honestly, as well as asking the right questions throughout the process, I am able to provide the highest level of service for my clients.
When I’m not working, I’m looking after my children and planning family activities, as well as enjoying cricket, football, and a bit of rugby.
