Ian Gardiner – Client Director

My role as client director means that I look after my clients entire insurance requirements, allowing them to focus on their business without having to worry about risks. I mostly cover motor trade, construction, manufacturing, and wholesaling, alongside others. I have not just the technical knowledge, but also the drive to understand what my clients do and why they do it which allows me to provide the best solutions for their individual needs. My previous experience ranges from claims to advice, giving me solid expertise in diverse sectors in addition to an appreciation for the insurance process as a whole.

I joined Konsileo initially because I was intrigued by the opportunity, and I am so glad I made the move. I am able to approach broking the way that I want to due to the flexible structure, which keeps me motivated and passionate about my job. The culture itself is completely different to any other company, which in and of itself is exciting!

Musician and Football

When I’m not broking, I drum and listen to music, am an avid Leeds United and Gloucester Rugby fan, enjoy going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
