As a Client Director, my goal is to be the go-to person for risk management advice and broking for my clients. My main focus is on growing a local book, as being an active part of my community and helping to protect their businesses is incredibly important to me. I specialise in transportation and distribution and am well-versed in the risks and hazards associated with the sector. Responsibility is a key part of my job and I am always working towards providing the best possible service to each of my clients through understanding their needs and having a keen eye for detail. My previous experience taught me the high standards with which I conduct my work today, as well as the value in being an active part of my clients business journey. Having started in personal lines and later moving into commercial, I am used to dealing with a high volume of clients whilst never sacrificing quality.  

Konsileo gives me the freedom to work where I want, which keeps my day-to-day work life interesting and flexible. The self-managed structure means I have true control over my work/life balance, spending quality time with my family alongside working with clients.  

When I’m not working, you can usually find me in the gym, playing rugby, gaming, or the occasional sky dive!
