Service is at the forefront of everything I do; with the responsibility of protecting people’s businesses and livelihoods, it is of the utmost importance that I provide the best service and advice to my clients. I specialise in trade sectors, such as motor trade. I have a history of working and communicating with people in that environment which means I appreciate the difficulties and risks of the sectors. I highly value contact with people and building relationships which, coupled with my more analytical side, allows me to truly understand both the client’s needs and the risk management associated with that. My past experience in complaints handling means that I strive to provide resolution, as well as communicating clearly and effectively with clients.

At Konsileo, I have absolute autonomy in running my book of business the way that works best for me. The Teal culture empowers colleagues to make their own decisions, as well as taking responsibility for them. I am trusted to do my job properly and to the best of my ability, keeping me motivated and passionate about the work I do.

When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling, playing snooker with friends, as well as captaining the local darts team!
