I specialise in trade sectors, such as motor trade. I have a history of working and communicating with people in that environment which means I appreciate the difficulties and risks of the sectors. I highly value contact with people and building relationships which, coupled with my more analytical side, allows me to truly understand both the client’s needs and the risk management associated with that. My past experience in complaints handling means that I strive to provide resolution, as well as communicating clearly and effectively with clients.
