I have been in the insurance industry since 2021, specialising in the Tradesman and Property sectors. After joining during COVID, I have significantly grown personally and professionally. As a Client Director, I prioritise being organised and approachable as relationships are central to my way of working. When dealing with clients, it is important to be efficient without losing quality as a benefit of using a broker is the personal and tailored approach. Clients and their needs always come first, so it is essential to spend time understanding their unique set-up and how best to approach risk management. I achieved my Cert CII qualification in my first role, having since been able to further refine my knowledge of the insurance industry and apply it in my role. 

 Flexibility and Family

The flexibility of Konsileo enables me to still be present in my daughter’s life while providing for my family. Being able to organise my day the way that works best for me allows me to give my all into my work. 

 Days Out and Walks with Dogs!

In my spare time, I like to have family day out with my partner and daughter, as well as going on long walks with my cockapoo, Rupert!
