Joanne Ralphs

As an account handler, I collaborate with other Client Directors to deliver the highest quality of service. I have spent over 15 years in customer service industries and over that time I fulfilled multiple roles, including claims and intervention, general admin, and chasing aged debt. I have most recently moved into account handling, which I find incredibly rewarding; ensuring a smooth insurance journey for clients is my utmost priority. During my time as an account handler, I have refined my organisational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. My experience has sparked a passion for helping people navigate what can be a complex process. With attention to detail and clear communication, I guarantee well-informed advice and support with any problem.  

 Camaraderie and Collaboration

The camaraderie at Konsileo is great. The collaborative atmosphere and collective knowledge mean there are people at the end of the line who can assist. This ultimately allows me to provide a better service for both the Client Directors I work with and the clients.  

 Travel and Crafts

Outside of work, you can usually find me travelling somewhere! I also enjoy swimming and various crafts like sewing, knitting, and crocheting.
