Delivering high quality customer service is at the fore of everything I do as a Client Director. By meeting client needs and sustaining healthy relationships, I provide the best service and advice. I strive to always be honest and transparent with clients to enable me to deliver the most appropriate solution. I specialise in Manufacturing and Construction and have done so since I started dealing with commercial insurance, so I have excellent product and market knowledge that are specific to the sector. Having begun in telemarketing and working up through sales I have seen the whole insurance journey from start to finish, giving me a full understanding of what is expected from clients and what is required to properly look after them and their business.  

Konsileo gives me the freedom and flexibility to manage my own day and work in a way that suits me and allows me to be more efficient with my time. This gives me more energy to spend on clients and giving them the service they deserve.  

I am a big music fan, so outside of work you can usually find me producing or performing in some capacity. I also love sports and fit it in wherever I can, including football, squash, and golf.
