Jonathan Smithson – Client Director

As a Client Director, my objective is to become a trusted advisor to a client, getting to know them, their business, and their goals. I will always strive to create a strong relationship with all my clients, with honesty and transparency being at the heart of every interaction. I deal with all types of SME, Mid-Market and Corporate accounts, making sure to adapt my approach depending on the specific sector; I ensure my market knowledge is up to date and keep on top of topical issues. After joining the industry 20 years ago, I have gained an appreciation for meeting different people and understanding their unique businesses; I enjoy tackling complex risks creatively and finding innovative solutions for clients. I aim to go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, a skill I have refined since I started my career.

Sports and Music!!

In my spare time, you can usually find me watching football (Championship level to National League, and WSL), listening to most genres of music and going to concerts and events. I also enjoy going for walks, particularly on beaches, and thrill seeking at theme parks.
