As a Client Servicing Director, my main focus is doing the absolute best for the Client Directors. This includes ensuring everything is done promptly and efficiently, in addition to building strong and trustworthy relationships with both brokers and insurers. Having been in insurance for around 30 years and specialising in commercial for 20, I am equipped to deal with a range of sectors as I appreciate the complexities that are specific to each one. My previous experience instilled in me discipline and organisation which has built a great understanding of how I personally work, allowing me to always give 100% to each of the Client Directors I work with.  

The ability to work from home is imperative for me and Konsileo gives me the flexibility I need to have a good work/life balance. The lack of micro-managing, and managers in general, means I can be in control of my own workload and be appreciated for it. The wider community is incredibly friendly and are always on hand to offer advice.  

Outside of work, I love attending live music events such as gigs and festivals as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
