My role as Client Director centres around providing excellent service to my client and helping them protect their businesses against risks. I prioritise building a strong, transparent relationship with each client, as this enables me to provide the right cover and offer tailored advice for their unique business needs. I specialise in transport and distribution, including fleets and goods in transit and their liabilities, in addition to single vehicles. Having been in the insurance industry for nearly 10 years, I have learnt and recognised the importance of accountability and responsibility. I highly value learning and appreciate all the experience that I have so far received, always aiming to push myself further and stay on top of market news and product knowledge.  

Konsileo enables me to work collaboratively, even when operating in a remote work environment, as well as encouraging adult-to-adult conversations. This means that knowledge is shared, creating a helpful and supportive environment where I can continue to develop professionally and making the client’s experience even better.  

When I’m not broking, you can find me socialising with friends, looking after my family, or playing and watching golf and football.
