Kelly Hazel- Client Director

After starting as a claims handler 20 years ago, I got into broking through the Personal Lines sector dealing with Property and High Net Worth insurance. I decided to become a broker as I discovered a passion for assisting clients with complex decisions. My experience in the industry has given me a deep understanding of markets and the knowledge to navigate them. 

My previous roles enabled me to refine my exceptional communication skills, which allow me to build strong, long-lasting relationships with my clients. I provide high quality service to my clients, with my background giving me a comprehensive overview of the property sector. My background also supplied me with insight into other aspects of the insurance industry, including fraud and claims management. 

These different perspectives gave me a deeper appreciation for client expectations and how to manage them.  

 Freedom and Flexibility

Konsileo gives me the flexibility, freedom, and trust to deal with my clients to the best of my ability. I have the autonomy to make my own decisions and can focus on providing a professional service for both clients and other Client Directors. Konsileo is supportive and keeps me incredibly motivated. 

 Cooking and Adventures

In my spare time, I have a passion for cooking and baking. I also enjoy doing adventurous activities with my kids and spending lots of time with friends and family.
