Kenny Stibbles – Client Director

As a client director, I ensure that my clients have got the best cover they can get that is also value for money. Dealing with clients and their unique business needs is the reason why I decided to move into broking, as I highly value client interaction and building strong, trustworthy relationships. My previous experience encompasses a multitude of sectors and as a result I am able to take on a wide variety of business, however I do mostly cover manufacturing, property, construction, and PI. My ACII qualification has given me the technical knowledge required to understand the market and its intricacies, which ultimately allows me to protect clients businesses properly.

The self-management that Konsileo has adopted gives me the freedom to place business where I believe it to be best placed, removing difficulties that a traditional structure may bring. The flexibility available to me keeps me motivated and passionate about my job.

Sports and Walking

Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey and golf, as well as walking my dog and cycling.
