I have been in the insurance industry all my life, and as a result I have experience in a plethora of different sectors and products. Being involved in the industry for so many years has also meant that I have witnessed changes in processes and technology, giving me insight into the evolution of insurance. My experience has refined not only my time management skills, but also the quality of the customer service that I deliver for all my clients. The importance of listening to a client to truly understand their needs and concerns is the lynchpin of my role as a Client Director, helping me to ensure that I am providing my clients with proper risk management advice. 

 Flexibility and progression

I joined Konsileo because of its trust in giving its colleagues flexibility and the trust to do their job properly. There is also significant scope to continue progressing as an insurance professional, gaining more knowledge and experience in areas that I am less familiar with.  

 Dancing and family

Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and doing ballroom and Latin dancing.
