My role as Client Director gives me the opportunity to work independently with clients, the ultimate goal being to reduce stress by ensuring their business is protected. I pride myself on giving all my clients the best possible service. I specialise in wheels-based products, such as motor fleet, motor trade, haulage, couriers, and taxis. I greatly value expanding my personal knowledge, and so made the switch from personal to commercial lines which poses the challenge of more competitive markets. My previous experience, which includes underwriting roles, has given me a huge appreciation and understanding of the criteria of products and the insurance process as a whole, especially having dealt with both brokers and customers. I know my products and markets inside and out because of this.
Since joining Konsileo, I appreciate the flexibility of being able to work wherever, as I felt the lack of an office environment during the lockdowns. Konsileo gives me the autonomy and freedom to do what I need to do and to service clients to the best of my ability.
Outside of work I enjoy socialising, playing golf and football, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
