As a client director, my main goal is to get the most competitive price for my client without sacrificing any risk mitigation. I specialise primarily in commercial vehicles, commercial combined, fleet, liability, and property owners; I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the industries and the competitiveness associated with it. In addition, the number of years I have spent within the industry means that I am able to identify specific and unique risks, and mitigate them accordingly. My top priority is making sure that the client can always get hold of me, and that I am ensuring their needs are listened to and acted upon. I started working in the insurance industry about 13 years ago, and I have learnt incredible amounts over the years, especially about what works and what doesn’t, which has helped me become a better broker and a person.
I’ve been at Konsileo since the very beginning, and it feels like a family at this point. The flexibility helps me look after my own family as well, and the transparency of the company as the whole allows for a truly client-centric approach to broking.
Outside of broking, I’m usually at the gym or spending time with my family and friends.
