Lisa Smith – Client Director

As a Client Director, my role revolves around truly listening to a customer to define their needs and find products to suit them. I have been in the industry for nearly 25 years and over that time have refined my customer service skills; I have a passion for chatting to clients and I have the privilege of forming personal relationships that last. I specialise in Farm and Agriculture and Property, as living in a Rural setting and having multiple friends who are farmers has exposed me to the unique concerns and complex risks associated with the sector. I love working alongside colleagues to ensure that each individual client is looked after and feels the benefit of the skills available within our team. Being involved with such a group also allows me to grow as a person and a professional, asking questions and gaining knowledge that ultimately benefits my clients and their business.

Family and Reading 

Outside of work I write crime novels and love spending time with my family. I also love wandering around National Trusts and other new places, as well as going to the gym and reading books.
