Marie Potts – Client Director

As a Client Director, customer service is at the heart of everything I do. The commercial insurance industry can be daunting and complicated for clients, so excellent communication is needed to ensure that people’s livelihoods are properly protected. After spending most of my career in customer service and management, I joined the insurance industry as an account handler, so I am perfectly positioned to provide support in multiple capacities. I am passionate about talking to people and finding out their story, as not only does it allow me further insight into how best to handle their cover, but it is also incredibly rewarding to help their business grow and prosper. I have an appreciation for the complexities that each individual client and their business bring, which ultimately allows me to provide top quality service for everyone.
