Dip CII Client Director
Looking after clients and getting the best deal on their behalf is my absolute priority as a client director. I enjoy fleet insurance, which is my specialty, but I am also skilled in liability and anything commercial. I became a broker because I enjoy helping people solve problems, as well as watching clients’ businesses grow and being a part of that journey. I highly value seeing clients face-to-face and building a strong, honest relationship. My prior experience included working in claims, so I understand the importance of doing things properly and completely. This is aided by my Dip CII qualification; the technical knowledge gained boosts my experience-based knowledge, which ultimately allows me to give you the very best risk management advice.
Konsileo doesn’t have a placement strategy, which means I am 100% in control of where I place business and ensures that I can do what’s best for the client, not the company. Having no managers or hierarchy also means that I am not micromanaged, which usually drives down passion. Instead, I am able to manage my own time and dedicate that time to what’s important.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and attending classes there, as well as going for a swim. I also highly value spending time with my family, wife, and dog called Derek!
