Michael Bickers

I have been in the insurance industry for nearly 25 years. As a Client Director, I enjoy meeting new clients as well as nurturing long-term relationships. I am fundamentally interested in people and their business, finding out what makes them unique and how I can assist them in ensuring their future. Honest, transparent advice and exceptional service throughout are the heart of what I provide. Quality insurance solutions are only possible through a deep dive, asking the right questions so I fully understand the potential threats and pitfalls. I appreciate that each business, charity, and organisation is different and requires a bespoke approach and protection. My previous experience ranges from large insurance companies to local brokers and from global brokers to specialist ones. These roles developed my understanding of the insurance journey as a whole and the role I play within it. I also have an insight into how specific markets react to global changes and the impact this then has on my client’s experience.

 Marathons and Outdoor Activities

Outside of work, you can usually find me outdoors! I am a runner, road cyclist, and open water swimmer, having completed around 25 marathons and a handful of Ironman distance triathlons.
