Being an account handler means supporting my colleagues and assisting them in acquiring and retaining clients, as well as ensuring that those same clients are given the best service possible. I am incredibly organised and have learnt the invaluable skill of prioritising, allowing me to give each client the attention and time they deserve. I have specialised in commercial insurance for the past 5 years, gaining knowledge and experience quickly through taking on different clients and always asking for advice when needed. I particularly enjoy fleet and motor trade due to the complexities associated with them and problem-solving industry-specific risks is exciting. I am a people person by nature and so I enjoy getting to know clients and working closely with colleagues; spending time with people guarantees that I am constantly improving and tailoring the insurance process per client.


I have joined an office with a few other Konsileo brokers, which is perfect for me as I really enjoy working around people. The computer system saves time and removes repetitive tasks that were so common in my previous roles, creating space and energy that I am then able to put back into serving clients.


Outside of work, I enjoy socialising and being out and about with friends and family, including going on holidays in our touring caravan! I also watch sports such as golf and cricket, and love walking.
