My role as Client Director revolves around being able to help people get the right cover at the right price, with great service along the way! I aim to become a ‘trusted advisor’ to my clients, watching the business grow and ensuring they are fully protected against any eventuality. I love talking to people about their businesses and what makes them happy, and personability is something I highly value. I have always been in a ‘sales’ role, having been in recruitment and media/IT sales, however for the past 20 years I have been working in insurance and have not looked back since. I specialise in Motor Trade, with all previous experience being within that sector and thus gives me in-depth, sector-specific knowledge that allows me to advise my clients. 


Konsileo’s model is a breath of fresh air as they place well-being at the top of the agenda, creating a supportive work environment. The freedom, transparency, and professionalism allows me to do the job I need to do, to the best of my ability, whilst being supported by the quality of the systems and the collaboration opportunities. Once you have gone teal, you won’t look back!


In my spare time, I produce music and handle the sound desk for our church. I also like walking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
