Ray Fenwick

I have been in the insurance industry for 20 years, having originally trained as a mechanic after leaving school. This sector background sparked my interest in dealing with Motor Trade and Fleet, which has been a consistent part of my book ever since. My experience has refined my relationship skills, and I take pride in building new relationships alongside maintaining strong connections with long-term clients. This aspect of my role is incredibly important, as I don’t take for granted the fact that they trust me to help protect their business which they have worked hard to build.  I love going out and meeting new people; honesty and trust is truly at the heart of what I do as a Client Director, enabling me to deliver great customer service for all my clients.

The self-management model at Konsileo gives me the freedom to manage my workload how I best see fit. Being able to make decisions that benefit everyone, in addition to being my authentic self, places me in the best position to protect my client’s business and help them grow. 

Family Time and Fishing

Outside of work, you can find me coaching an U11 football team, spending time with my family, and fly-fishing.
