I have been in insurance for over 30 years, moving from personal lines into commercial in 1996 Commercial lines are incredibly interesting and keep me engaged and motivated, particularly Construction which I have specialised in for over 15 years. The product and market knowledge I have gained over the years is invaluable. I pride myself on having good relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues; effective communication and trust within these relationships allows me to provide expert, transparent advice which ultimately protects my clients business. I have previously worked in a number of different roles including sales executive, account handler, claims handler, and account executive, so I appreciate and understand the importance everyone plays in the clients insurance journey. I have also gained a keen eye for detail, which is imperative when ensuring my clients have the correct cover. 

I enjoy being part of a team environment, working together as opposed to competing. Even though we work remotely, Konsileo has processes in place that enable Client Directors to collaborate. Having the flexibility to work to my strengths alongside utiliising fellow colleagues strengths means I can offer a comprehensive and efficient service for all my clients. 

When I’m not working, I play bass guitar in a couple of bands over the weekends, run twice a week, and spend a lot of time with my youngest daughter, taking her to gymnastics training and competitions most days of the week!
