I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and have extensive exposure to a wide variety of sectors and businesses, with a focus on the Construction Industry and Associated Trades, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity and local SME and Property Owners. My base near the border of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland means I have vast experience in writing business for construction clients who work between Europe and NI/UK. My previous industry experience has included many different roles including underwriter, sales coordinator, placement executive, and BDM. Being involved in the distinct stages of the insurance journey has given me an appreciation for what clients expect and what is required from a broker to ensure proper protection of a client’s business.

I joined Konsileo because it gives you the chance to run your own business, within a business. That, and the fact they trust you from day one to do your job, means I feel supported and appreciated in what I do. Remote working and self-management allow me to keep on top of my work whilst also being there for my children.

When I am not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends as well as coaching Gaelic Football to children in our local community, running or sipping a Guinness.
