Insurance is an industry built on relationships, which is what I love about it. Since starting over 2 years ago, no day is the same and I am continuously learning more about the different industries and markets. I specialise in Construction and related policies and have a deep understanding of the complexities that the sector holds. Listening and identifying my client’s needs is key to how I run my book; good communication is essential to learning exactly how the client’s business runs and how I can provide them with the most comprehensive cover possible. One of my passions is talking to business owners and hearing about their journeys, which has made me appreciate how one size does not fit all when it comes to construction insurance policies. I take due diligence seriously, taking accountability in making sure that everything is correct and present.  

Collaboration and Experience

Collaboration is one of the integral parts of Konsileo’s business model and is hugely important to me, being able to draw from the collective knowledge and experience of my colleagues to provide excellent service. I also appreciate the self-management style and being able to work on my own style. 

In my spare time, you can usually find me on the golf course. I have also played guitar from a young age, so also enjoy playing, writing, and recording music.
