My role as client director gives me the time to develop strong relationships with my clients, something that I value highly. I predominantly specialise in transport and logistics, however I am also branching out into new territories. Client satisfaction is my main goal and knowing that I have done the best for my clients is the ultimate motivation. Every person is different, and so I endeavour to adapt my approach to best suit the client and their needs. Learning how to truly listen was a major lesson I learnt in my previous experience, and is something I exercise daily. That, along with resilience, have taught me to be the broker I am today.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, biking, and going to the gym. I also spend time with friends and play pool and snooker.
