My role as Client Director revolves around providing the best service possible for all my clients whilst making sure their business is appropriately covered. I enjoy the complexities of commercial insurance, always keeping up-to-date with market and product knowledge. Having always worked in customer service roles, I appreciate the importance of effective communication and building strong relationships with clients. I strive to earn my clients’ trust as this ultimately allows me to look after them and cover their business properly, both now and in the future. The satisfaction gained from meeting new people and providing them with a service that protects their business keeps me motivated and passionate.

Teal culture gives me back my autonomy and provides me with the tools to offer the best customer service possible. By self-managing my time, I am able to dedicate myself to the tasks at hand without compromising my clients business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as playing golf and watching rugby.
