I have been in the industry for over 15 years and in that time I have found a genuine passion for working with people to solve problems. My role as a Client Director is to help my clients navigate the complex insurance world and provide tailored solutions that ensure peace of mind. Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the heart of what I do; I genuinely care about understanding each of my client’s unique needs, making sure they feel supported throughout the entire process. My previous roles have refined my strong attention to detail and clear communication which both aid me in providing top service. I am committed to being transparent, responsive, and knowledgeable – all of which are essential in delivering a high quality of service without compromising business protection. I specialise in agriculture, as after growing up on a small holding I appreciate the specific challenges the sector faces as well as having a deep understanding of and personal connection to rural communities. It is incredibly rewarding to help my clients protect what they’ve worked hard to build, and to be a risk management advisor for their growing businesses.

 Nature and Family

Outside of work, I am a fully operational team member for North East Wales Search and Rescue. When I’m not doing that, you can usually find me spending time with my two children outdoors, doing paddleboarding, wild swimming, and exploring nature.
