I joined the insurance industry 20 years ago and dealt with a variety of business trade sectors before specialising in Trade Credit and Surety Bonds. My previous experience built my knowledge and understanding of how and why Trade Credit insurance is so important for business protection and development. I have held various positions including account handler, account executive, and development executive, which has given me an appreciation for the distinct stages of the insurance journey in addition to the importance every role plays. I highly value building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that I listen to and understand their concerns and unique business needs. I am always open with clients, enabling me to find the best solution and provide the best advice possible.

Outside of work, you can usually find me watching Aston Villa or the cricket, playing golf, and spending time with my family (including being a taxi service for my kids).
