Steven Coughlin – Client Director

Over my 24 years in the insurance sector, I have worked with some of the largest UK brokers with schemes and general commercial insurance. Having previously worked in the hospitality industry, I discovered a passion for providing customer service and having face-to-face interactions. I enjoy problem solving and finding a solution for clients, which is what drove me to become an Account Executive. With every client, I make sure that service is to the standard they deserve, making sure the coverage is correct and the process is timely. 

As a Client Director, I am there to reassure my clients and give them peace of mind that their business is being taken care of. The long-lasting relationships is what drew me to commercial lines; I enjoy the diversity of clients and adapting my approach depending on their unique needs. I absolutely prioritise honest and clear communication when providing risk management advice.

 Family, Music, and Food

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and son. I am a huge music lover and enjoy watching food reviews, as well as taking our dog Tony out and about.
