I am passionate about building relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of a client’s business. With over 20 years of experience, I have refined my communication skills which enable me to gain the trust of clients and identify their unique set of risks. I strive to provide top quality customer service through approachability and honesty. I am predominantly an SME and general broker but can offer my services in most classes of business. I joined commercial insurance for the sheer variety of products and sectors available; I am always learning about new things and deepening my knowledge of others. I am passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service, which is imperative in a client facing role.
