Tim Rogers – Client Director

I have worked in the insurance industry for over 36 years, with almost half of that time spent in national or global companies, often handling large, complex commercial cases. More recently, I have worked in senior leadership roles and specialised in the procurement and placement of new commercial insurance solutions and their ongoing management. I am comfortable handling all types of general commercial insurance, including manufacturing and construction, alongside my specialisms in environmental risks and the Waste, Recycling & Renewables sectors.

After the initial hesitancy of joining a company that was not running on the traditional corporate model, I have not looked back. The self-management structure at Konsileo gives me absolute control over my day, and I have the freedom and time to concentrate on giving my clients the attention they deserve. 

Sports and Walking 

When I’m not broking, football is a major passion and hobby of mine. I am an FA Licensed Coach and committee member at Droitwich Spa Youth FC where Konsileo kindly sponsor one of our teams. Other than that, I enjoy going on long walks with our Romanian rescue dog and spending time with my family.
