As an insurance claims specialist, my work combines analytical insight with a commitment to transparency and exceptional customer service. My 18 years of experience have refined my attention to detail and precision when handling any client’s claim. Empathy is essential in all that I do to ensure the best quality of service possible; I take time to understand my client’s unique wants and needs whilst managing expectations. I deliver comprehensive claims management across a variety of sectors, including but not limited to Motor Fleet, Property, Contract Works, Cyber, and Professional Indemnity. Supporting proactive risk management strategies and explaining claims trends is also a huge part of my role. By providing in-depth data analysis, I help my clients stay informed in their decision making. Throughout my career, I have built and maintained strong, collaborative relationships with key partner insurers, loss adjusters, and panel solicitors. This enables me to provide consistent service levels and achieve fair, timely, and appropriate outcomes for clients. Being a part of each client’s business and establishing a smooth process in the event of a claim is incredibly rewarding.

I joined Konsileo as a claims specialist Client Director, helping to shape new approaches to the internal claims service. The autonomy and freedom available allow me to carve out new opportunities to continue to enhance my offerings.  

 Family and the Outdoors

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my daughter. I also enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and wild camping, as well as a love for both football and American football.
