Alison Gilliver – Head of Operations

As Head of Operations at Konsileo, I’m driven by a simple purpose: to create the operational clarity, confidence and consistency that allow our brokers—and our business—to thrive. My role brings together everything I care about: strong client outcomes, practical problem‑solving, and helping people do their best work in an environment that values autonomy and trust.

Operations Leadership

I provide the day‑to‑day leadership, coordination and oversight that keep our operational framework running smoothly, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in delivering regulatory compliance, operational resilience and high‑quality client delivery. In practice, that means ensuring the systems, processes and governance that underpin our work are effective, consistent and continuously improving. It also means spotting risks early, surfacing issues constructively, and making sure learning is embedded across the business so we grow stronger over time. I lead key operational forums, oversee our file review and complaints frameworks, and act as a central point of coordination across Operations, Commercial and Central teams. I’m known for being calm, structured and pragmatic—someone who brings clarity to complexity and helps colleagues navigate challenges with confidence. What motivates me most is seeing people succeed. Whether I’m supporting a broker through a tricky case, strengthening a process, or helping shape how our Operations function evolves as we scale, I’m happiest when I’m enabling others to deliver consistently strong, defensible client outcomes.

Family and Music

Outside of work, life is joyfully full. I’m a Rainbows Leader, which gives me the chance to help young girls grow in confidence, curiosity and independence. At weekends I’m usually out adventuring with my children—often at a theme park—or soaking up the energy of live music. Those moments keep me grounded, energised and ready for whatever comes next.
