Allan Rhodes – Chief People Officer

Joining us all the way from Mexico, Allan is our Chief People Officer and is in charge of making ‘Teal real’ at Konsileo, ensuring that our processes, induction, collaboration are all in accordance with the Teal philosophy.

He has owned and worked in self-managed companies, as well as collaborating with other Teal-based organisations in Latin America. He champions progressive ways of working that are human-centred and that create space to have the freedom to achieve our personal purposes.

In his spare time, Allan enjoys gardening, walking, reading, and eating at English pubs… but mostly being ‘the happiest father he can be’ to his three children.
