Jade Smith – HR Manager

With over 6 years of experience in HR, Jade joins Konsileo as a HR Manager. Having previously been the only person in the department at a 60+ employee company, she has deep understanding of the full HR cycle as well as a strong focus on employee voice and development. At Konsileo, she’ll be supporting with anything and everything to do with people across the company. She’ll be involved in people-focused initiatives and managing HR operations such as policies, processes, as promoting wellbeing.

Outside of work, you can usually find her spending time with family and friends, reading, singing, making memories, or enjoying a cheeky glass of wine.
